Doctor Doom Project: Testing phase

Had This idea to create a Doctor Doom costume one day as I looked at the Iron Man masks at work. I bought a few masks, foam sheets, hot glue gun, spray paint and tested it out. Mind you, it took awhile to get things together. Here is a photographic journal of today's happening:

Second try. First, was on other side and gaped. Didn't put the glue around the edges. This one I made sure to do so, but also caused major stringness and globing out. :(
Applied the spray paint. Solid coverage, but the foam stands out. Grrr. Possible solution could be actually paint brushing it. Also lightly sprayed a bit of black. Looks kinda cool. It is now sitting in hopes to dry. Unsure if the paint will bound to the plastic. Will attempt to find a sealer or different paint if this fails. Does look Cyberman like, but not gonna go down that road. Way too much work for that one.
